Breakfast was decent with good options.
The room was nothing like the pictures. It was dark and damp, contrary to what was promised. After multiple downgrades and seeing various rooms, none met our expectations or requirements, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the staff seemed unorganized and not respectful of our initial requests.

Conveniently located near Khan Market, the spacious and clean room provided a comfortable stay. The gym was basic but sufficient for quick workouts before heading out for the day. The massage service was a highlight, truly fantastic and relaxing. However, the swimming pool was closed for renovations during my stay, which was disappointing, and while the staff were friendly, there were occasional delays in service.

Highly recommend for the refined traveler
The staff here is helpful, always had a smile for you, and it felt like I was being treated like royalty. The dining at the restaurant should not be missed, I had a sensational dish that blew my mind, the flavors were out of this world!
It's no bargain, really, but you get what you pay for.

We had an amazing stay with our grandkids! The spacious room was perfect, and the staff's attention. We especially enjoyed the breakfast at Yellow Brick Road, where the cheerful staff kept us smiling through our meals. The location is also a big plus, just a short drive from Humayun's Tomb.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

I had a wonderful stay with my family, enjoying meals at the on-site restaurant and taking advantage of the relaxing spa treatments. The outdoor area for lounging and the wellness center provided great relaxation options. A minor issue was the room fittings being a bit dated, but the staff was quick to help with everything we needed. Can't recommend it enough for a family getaway! 😊

Excellent stay in a charming environment
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet area yet is just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated, showcasing old-world charm. Breakfast was a highlight with a wide array of options, especially the freshly baked croissants. However, it would be helpful if they could improve the check-in efficiency.

I stayed at the Ambassador, New Delhi and found the location superb, nestled in a quiet green area yet close to shopping and local sites like Lodi Gardens. The staff greeted me warmly, and the housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast spread at Yellow Brick Road was phenomenal, offering a mix of international and Indian dishes. My room was spacious, comfortable, and soundproof, which allowed for a good night's sleep. However, the reception staff, while friendly, seemed a bit inexperienced compared to the rest of the team. The air conditioning was left on even when I didn’t need it, which felt wasteful. Also, the shower pressure could use a boost. On the dining side, while breakfast was fantastic, I found the dinner prices a bit high, considering the ala carte options. They do have some beautiful art deco decor, which adds charm to the overall vibe of the hotel. I’d still definitely recommend this place for its lovely ambiance and dedicated service.
